24 Груша в шоколадной подливке

Состав:
4 груши
3 стакана белого сладкого вина
4 столовых ложки сахара
1 лимон
1 стебелек корицы
4 стебелька гвоздики


Шоколадная подливка

Стограммовая плитка шоколада
1 небольшой стакан молока
3 столовых ложки сливок
2 столовых ложки ципуро или бренди

Способ приготовления:

Чистим груши, оставляя стебелек, и помещаем их стоймя в глубокую кастрюлю. Добавляем вино, два стакана воды по мере надобности (жидкость должна слегка покрывать фрукты), лимонный сок и цедру, сахар, корицу и гвоздику.

 

Готовим на умеренном огне в течение 20-25 минут, время от времени поливая груши сиропом.

 

Пока груши готовятся, делаем подливку. Ломаем плитку шоколада на крупные куски. Наливаем в кастрюльку молоко и сливки, кладем шоколад и варим, помешивая, до его полного растворения. Даем остыть и затем вливаем в смесь ципуро или бренди. Хорошо перемешиваем.

 

Когда груши готовы, сливаем с них сироп, выкладываем на блюдо и поливаем шоколадной подливкой.

 

Подавать это блюдо можно и с ванильным мороженым.
